Will Box Tell You Which Uploads Failed?

Open MS Word, click on file, click on business relationship.
Under user business relationship click on sign out, Close the app
Open up once again Open MS Word, click on file, click on account, sign in, provide your office account.

Hi tibo1010, please try this:

In Discussion, go to File - Account and sign out

Close all Office Applications

Open the erstwhile Control Console (click your Start Button, type control and striking Enter)

Go to Command Panel - User Accounts - credential managing director - Windows Credentials

Remove all Office 365 credentials that look similar: MicrosoftOfficeXXData: . . . ..

Open Word and sign back into your Office 365 account

In my Windows Credentials, I take an entry like the one you lot specify ie.MicrosoftOfficeXXData:... and so I have another one that reads "OneDrive Buried Credential". The only difference between the two accounts that I tin tell is that 1 has a username, the latter and 1 doesn't, the former. Should I go ahead and remove both of these buried credentials or just the MicrosoftOfficeXXData:.. one?
